    Yes. We supports DLL, OPOS driver and SOAP I/F.

    Can I use only RCW through FCC? Do you have any restriction like RBW is also required?

    A.

    FCC Ver3.00 or later supports RCW only connection.

    What kind of currency is available?

    A.

    Euro and US dollar. Please ask about the other counties.

    Please teach the storage capacity of each recyclers.

    Are these recyclers operated by cashier?

    A.

    They can be operated by either cashier or customer.

    Are these recyclers available as they stand alone?

    A.

    No. Since they require input of purchase amount, application like POS should be developped.

    Can these recyclers discriminate counterfeit?

    A.

    Yes. GLORY's excellent recognition can discriminate counterfeit.

    Are these recyclers connected by USB?

    A.

    Each recycle unit has a capability to connect with USB. But GLORY recommends to use FCC to control recyclers. Between FCC and recycler, RS-232C is used for RBW-10A, RZ-50 and RCW-8A. CI-10B/C and CI-100B/C units have only USB connection port physically.

    Do we need to prepare cash desk to install these recyclers?

    A.

    Yes. These recyclers are usually built in cash desk at supermarket. At the small store like bakery which has only a few registers can build them in cabinet of KIOSK

    What is Category of the note?

    A.

    Category is defined by European Central Bank(ECB)

    • Category1 Not a banknote, not recognised as euro banknote.
    • - Wrong image and format;
    • - Large dog-ears or missing parts;
    • - Hand-drafted banknotes, separating cards,etc.; or
    • - Non-euro currency
    • Category2 Objects identified as suspect counterfeit euro banknote
    • Image and format recognised, but one or more authentication features missing or clearly out of tolerance.
    • Category3 Euro banknotes not clearly authenticated.
    • Image and format recognised, but not all authentication features recognised because of quality and/or tolerance deviations. In most cases damaged or soiled banknotes.
    • Category4a Euro banknotes identified as genuine and fit.
    • All authentication and fitness checks supported by the machine delivered positive results.
    • Category4b Euro banknotes identified as genuine and unfit.
    • All authentication checks supported by the machine delivered positive results. Fitness checks supported by the machine delivered negative results.
    • CategoryA (i) Objects not recognised as euro banknotes or (ii) suspect counterfeit euro banknotes.
    • Objects not detected as banknotes because of:
    • - Transportation error (e.g. double feeds, etc.)
    • - Wrong image and format;
    • - Large dog-ears or missing parts;
    • - Hand-drafted notes, separating cards, etc.;
    • - Non-euro currency;
    • - Image and format recognised, but one or more authentication features missing or clearly out of tolerance; or
    • - Image and format recognised, but not all authentication features recognised because of quality and/or tolerance deviations. In most cases unfit or soiled banknotes.
    • CategoryB1 Banknotes identified as genuine and fit.
    • All authentication checks and fitness checks supported by the machine delivered positive results.
    • CategoryB2 Banknotes identified as genuine and unfit.
    • All authentication checks supported by the machine delivered positive results. Fitness checks supported by the machine delivered negative results.
